Customer Support Team/Technical Support
Royell’s Technical Support Team is vital to our goal of becoming the premier provider of High-Speed Internet, Phone and entertainment services. They are what makes Royell stand out from the rest. They set an unreachable industry standard for all other providers with their level of customer support. This team is truly the support system for all of Royell’s customers, and your skills are needed in diverse functional areas such as: IT, Software Specialist, Customer Support etc. As part of the team, you are the backbone to ensuring our customers are being serviced well with all of their internet, phone, pc, software needs, and questions. Your role as part of the Technical Support Team is crucial to us delivering an outstanding experience to our customers.
Installation Technicians
The Installation Team consists of hardworking, dedicated employees who are self-motivated, and efficient and pride themselves on a job well done. Our Installation Team is the foundation of all the services Royell has to offer. Your work on this team helps to build and maintain our growing service area and to insure all of our, more than 5 thousand customers, service is running smoothly. Our Installation Team works primarily outdoors and understands the impact their work has on the end user.
Customer Care/Bookkeeping
The Royell Customer Care Team actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the experience we provide our customers. Our goal is to provide customer satisfaction with a positive tone, remaining friendly and personable, yet always professional. This position is truly diverse requiring skills such as: accounting/bookkeeping, sales, customer retention and support, etc.
Operations
As a member of our Operations Team, you know that prompt service and keeping our customers connected are top priorities. Having the knowledge and ability to maintain and troubleshoot our network is essential. The amount of actual customer interaction you would experience varies, but your day-to-day work has a direct impact on how our customers experience Royell’s services. You'll work collaboratively to resolve network issues and customer concerns. Each and every day in Operations, you'll be working hard to maintain our infrastructure to provide an unmatched experience for Royell customers.
